Old buildings were created mainly of bricks. Simply paint it or leave it natural and match the whole with a bar, if that's the case for the basement, the brick and wood combination is likely to produce the area charming.

The upper cabinet was fitted using small lights which illuminate the counter top, it is where the the magic happens and the bar comes to life. It does look great but it's also very practical, assisting you to prepare.
